Returns & Refunds

We advise that you give due consideration when purchasing a product, treatment/ service, voucher
or gift card as we may not offer a refund in the case that you simply change your mind, dislike your purchase or make an accidental purchase.

We offer exhanges/refunds or credits in the case that you receive a faulty product, a product that was damaged prior to purchase or are dissatisfied with your treatment/ service.

You must provide proof of purchase and the product must be returned unopened within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Bookings & Cancellation

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment.

Failure to give the required notice, including a no show may result in a cancellation fee charge of 50% of the treatment cost, note that this also applies to any pre-paid treatments.

In the case of a no-show or failure to give 24 hours notice for booking changes or cancellations, Refresh Salons reserves the right to refuse any future bookings, including cancellation of pre-booked appointments, unless they have been pre-paid.

Skin Treatment Protocols

Pigment Control serum must be used 2 weeks prior to having a Jessner Peel, TCA Peel, Skin Needling or Factor 4 Treatment.

Failure to follow pre skin treatment protocols dramatically increases your risk of experiencing skin hypersensitivity, hyperpigmentation and or hypopigmentation.

Refresh Salons is not liable for any negative implications experienced during/ post skin treatment, due to failure to adhere to pre skin treatment protocols.
